Terms of Service

These terms cover the use of SimplyDone Poster ("the app"), run by SimplyDone, United Kingdom.

  1. What the app does. It uploads videos to the TikTok account that connects it, through TikTok's official Content Posting API: as drafts in that account's TikTok inbox, or as posts with the caption, privacy and interaction settings allowed for that account.
  2. Your account. You must own or be authorised to manage the account you connect, and follow TikTok's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. You are responsible for what is posted to your account.
  3. Content. The app only uploads content we own: our own product videos, photos and text, with no third-party music. Promotional content is disclosed with TikTok's commercial content settings.
  4. Consent. Nothing is uploaded until an account has connected the app. You can disconnect it at any time in TikTok's settings; we then delete your tokens.
  5. No charge. The app is free and provided as is. We are not liable for TikTok being unavailable or for decisions TikTok makes about content or accounts, except where the law does not allow us to limit liability.
  6. Privacy. See our Privacy Policy.
  7. Changes and law. We may update these terms and will change the date above. The laws of England and Wales apply.
